Join a Ranger for a Walk on the Wild Side! Wild FLOWERS that is! Bring your flower ID books, daypacks w/jacket, lunch, and water and lets go take a hike!
This trail is 3.8 miles out and back and is considered a moderate level hike. Please dress for the weather and stay hydrated. Plan to be on the trail for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
This event is NOT at the Trail Center. Hikers will meet up at Road’s End Trailhead (follow Lamoille Canyon road to turnaround parking lot at the top)
Recommended items to bring with you:
- Hiking boots or shoes with good traction. Open-toed shoes and sandals are not recommended.
- Water
- Lunch
- Jacket
- Daypack
- Sunblock and bug spray
